For more than 25 years, Circuit Rider Community Services has helped Sonoma County youth and families navigate trauma, school disengagement, behavioral challenges, and other barriers.

We are requesting $50,000 from Sebastopol West 100 to launch West County Upstream, a relationship-based early-intervention program serving approximately 15 at-risk youth and their caregivers. Participants from Sebastopol, Forestville, Graton, Occidental, Hessel, and surrounding rural communities will receive consistent mentoring, social-emotional development, family support, transportation assistance, and connections to needed services.

This investment will create an accessible point of support for West County families and help young people build stronger paths before challenges further escalate.
