Why Circuit Rider?
For 50 years, Circuit Rider Community Services has supported Sonoma County youth and families. Today, we help young people reconnect with school, build skills for work and life, and find a place to belong.
Through mentoring, academic and behavioral support, workforce preparation, and outdoor experiences, we connect youth with caring adults and opportunities to grow. We work alongside families, schools, and community partners to help each young person move forward.
Our impact takes shape in everyday progress: a young person returning to class, completing a court requirement, preparing for a first job, or coming back to mentor someone else.
Every step builds toward a future with more choices, stronger relationships, and opportunities to contribute.

The opportunity to learn a skill and see the connection between my actions and the benefit to community was formative. My experience, of using my talents to help others, stayed with me—from tutoring in college, to coaching my kid’s soccer teams, to mentoring for robotics programs—and now even serving on this Board.“
